Bought a car today and couldn't be happier. I just finished returning a car to a different dealer I had a bad experience with, but when I went to Spencer, he was up front about having had the car fully inspected and gave me the number for the shop they work with so I could call and verify the condition. The condition was great, and I drove it a pretty good distance across a good variety of roads to get home. He explained all the costs related to financing, warranty, and contact insurance at my pace, was super honest, friendly, and completely fair. If you want a car and want to minimize the risk of a bad experience or over paying, keep an eye on this place. Would absolutely send my friends here. Might send my enemies to the place I went before though.

Me and my boyfriend bought a 2005 Honda pilot. We had it for a month now and it's been an amazing vehicle all around! It's something that we been looking for especially with having 3 kids and we need the room. We had came to place as we went to all the other car dealerships. He had put this car out for only 15 mins and we came by and test drove it and bought it. He said it was one of the quickest sell he ever had. It was also one of his own personal vehicle. It dose have high milage but for a honda milage don't matter! They were very honest, wonderful people and didn't push us like other dealerships do to buy their vehicles. I would definitely buy another vehicle here!!

Today I purchased a 06 Black Honda Pilot. I initially was interested in a different Honda pilot but the one that peaked my interest wasn't for sale. In fact it was one of their vehicles that they used from time to time. I told them how I was really interested in their Honda Pilot, the one with their child's car seat in it. Lol. But instead of just redirecting me to one of the other decent vehicles on the lot or pushing me into another sale like most used dealerships desperately do, I was taken seriously. After a few minutes of discussion I was offered the vehicle. It met my needs especially with having such a large family of 6. I wasn't able to purchase the vehicle that very day, but was offered an opportunity to put down a small deposit that went toward the purchase the vehicle at a later date. Two and a half weeks later today came and I'm now a proud owner of a very nice used 06 Honda Pilot. And believe it or not the whole process was absolutely painless and smooth and I would personally recommend this family owned and operated used dealership. They get 10 stars. ??????????

The car that I bought here a couple a weeks ago is very reliable. It runs and sounds great. The exterior of the car is nice and everything in the car from the sun roof to the compartments all work well. Very good service, everyone was very friendly!

A few weeks ago, I drove 3 SUVs - one in Dover and two in Dillsburg. Angie and Spencer did not employ hard sell tactics. They were personable, honest, and willing to reveal any known issues with the vehicles I had an interest in. They are hardworking folks who were flexible enough to accommodate my logistical needs. I'd buy from them again.

I recently purchased their '04 Chevy Trailblazer the other day. Angie and her son Spencer were fantastic to work with!! They were very patient in waiting for me as my insurance funds were being processed and sent to me. They trusted my word with out expecting me the full deposit amount. I did pay some down to show good faith. The vehicle was pretty clean and in respectably good condition. I don't do reviews. But in this aspect I feel the need to as I am impressed. I am a amazon delivery driver that uses my personal vehicle to make deliveries. I stopped in at this dealer lot to requested a van. The owner found one later that week. I drove the van it had a few things I didn't like. They went out of their way for me taking all the aftermarket parts off and replacing it with new normal parts. The owner also worked around my tough schedule he came in to do the paper work after hours. Easy and pleasant experience. I like my van its been good.
